CEO
Scott Crino
Dr. Scott Crino is the co-founder of both Red Six Solutions and Red Six International (Red Six), the most trusted CUAS consulting firms in the United States. Dr Crino holds a PhD in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia and is the recipient of several commendations for outstanding performance during his more than 20 years in military service as an attack helicopter pilot. Recently he has published several articles on the mitigation of global UAS threats with co-author and co-founder of Red Six, Conrad “Andy” Dreby.
President
Kirsten Fontenrose
Kirsten Fontenrose is the President of Red Six International (R6I) an advisory firm providing US government approved technical expertise to partner nations on defeating drones. Kirsten has over twenty years of experience working with the national security apparatuses of nations in the Middle East and Africa from positions within the US Department of Defense, Department of State, White House, private industry, and non-profit sector. Her most recent government service was as Senior Director for Gulf Affairs at the National Security Council.
Prior to joining R6I, Kirsten was Director of the Scowcroft Middle East Security Initiative at the Atlantic Council in Washington, DC, where she remains a Non-Resident Senior Fellow.
Kirsten holds a BA in Middle East Studies from the College of William and Mary, an MA in Middle East Studies from Indiana University, and an MBA from the General Management Program at the Harvard Business School. She is quoted frequently in the US and international print and broadcast media on issues related to the Middle East.
Director of Red Teaming
Conrad “Andy” Dreby
Conrad “Andy” Dreby is the Director of Red Teaming and a co-founder of Red Six. Andy is a certified Risk Management Professional through the Project Management Institute. Andy Dreby has extensive operational and planning experience with the Department of Defense with over twenty years of military service as an Armor officer. As a defense contractor and independent consultant Andy has managed Missile Defense exercises in Europe and Israel, computer assisted competitive gaming scenarios for Army asymmetric operations, tabletop exercises at the NATO Defense College in Rome and S&T virtual simulations for the US Army.
Director of Unmanned Systems
Archie Stafford
Archie Stafford is the Director of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) and responsible for business development related to Red Six’s portfolio of UAS and Counter-UAS clients. Archie is a former precision aerobatics national champion with 30,000 -hrs. of tactical UAS flight experience (fixed and rotary wing) to include over 13,000-hrs. of tactical UAS experience. Archie’s extensive support to the DoD as a UAS pilot, instructor and analyst includes worldwide deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan and elsewhere. Archie is a certified U.S Navy flight operations instructor and has significant experience leading UAS Red Cell operations in support of the U.S. Marines Corps.
Drone Test Pilot
Matt Carruthers
Matt Carruthers is a Drone Test pilot for Red Six Solutions. He has 29 years of radio control flight experience that includes a national championship in precision aerobatics for large scale model aircraft. Matt has 10 years of tactical UAV experience that includes designing, building, test flying, and operational flying of multiple UAV platforms. Matt is also an FAA certified commercial manned aircraft pilot.

Jennifer Huber
Jennifer Huber is Chief Counsel for Red Six Solutions and Red Six International. and also chairs the International Trade + Transactions practice group. She is widely recognized as an elite international trade and business transactions attorney with an exceptional ability to bring creative business and legal solutions to fast-paced, high-risk environments.
Ms. Huber routinely counsels corporate clients in all aspects of cross-border transactions, including export control, anti-bribery and corruption, establishment of foreign subsidiaries, and negotiation, structuring, and documentation for international joint ventures negotiation. Her practice also includes counseling in international compliance support, including ITAR, EAR, OFAC, FCPA, foreign ownership, control and influence (FOCI) mitigation, and the review of transactions requiring approval by the Committee of Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS). Ms. Huber has specific expertise in the defense, intelligence, and security industries.
