NATO Regional Cooperation Course #16

Four members of the RS2 team conducted a State Building Exercise in support of the NATO Regional Cooperation Course #16 (NRCC-16) at the NATO Defense College in Rome, Italy November 9-11, 2016. Twice annually, RS2 organizes and facilitates the capstone event to a 10-week course that combines military, law enforcement and foreign service officer students from Middle East and North Africa countries with students from NATO countries. Each NRCC class is comprised of approximately 40 students from 25 countries and is NATO’s largest outreach program.
